    The number of attendees indicated above should correspond with the total paid below. Credit/debit cards are accepted. If a workshop is canceled by TLF Limited Management for any reason including force majeure, you may reschedule the session or a refund of deposit and any balance paid. TLF Limited Management will invoice registrant and confirmation will be emailed to the registrant and each participant after payment is complete, no later than two weeks prior to the first day of the scheduled PMLP session.
  • Participants will learn the importance of aligning corporate and project strategy, purposeful business requirements gathering, effective risk management, and resource optimization. Learning outcome: By the end of day 3, participants will have gained a clearer understanding of and new strategies for monitoring and controlling projects and leading the cross-functional teams that fulfill the mission. Participants will also learn the core elements of ethical leadership, employee engagement, balancing emotional intelligence with business objectives, and employee/team empowerment. By the end of day 5, participants will have gained a clearer understanding of and new strategies for building effective teams, influential communication, and advanced program/portfolio management.
